We gather information about you and your trip. Based on the arrival date we decide
on a pick-up date. We send a fedex welcome envelope to you. We have luggage picked
up on the agreed upon date at your home or office. We verify that luggage was
picked up as planned. We track the luggage to verify that is moving towards it's
destination in the time expected. The luggage arrives at our facility. We weigh
and measure each bag and enter it into our inventory system. It is then stored
until the day you arrive. On the day you arrive we deliver the luggage to you.
After your stay we come back to your hotel/condo/house/etc. and pick-up any luggage
you wish to ship back to your home. When it's time to leave we pick up the luggage
and send it back to your home. What could be easier?

There are several parking lots available for guests, residents, and people
working in Mountain Village and parking is enforced 7 days a week from
8am until 5pm. Varied rates apply during the shoulder seasons. Keep in
mind that unauthorized parking is NOT allowed on any street or right of
way in Mountain
Village.
