We track the luggage to verify that is moving towards it’s destination in the time expected. The luggage arrives at our facility. We weigh and measure each bag and enter it into our inventory system. It is then stored until the day you arrive. On the day you arrive we deliver the luggage to you. After your stay we come back to your hotel/condo/house/etc. and pick-up any luggage you wish to ship back to your home. When it’s time to leave we pick up the luggage and send it back to your home. What could be easier?
